The Personalised Learning approach delivers targeted learning to each individual student. This means that every student gets a unique learning experience based on their abilities.
In order to accommodate as many students as possible most schools have no choice but for their classes to consist of about 20-40 students, this is clearly beyond personalised learning and one on one attention is not an option.
What is the problem with this you may ask? Well it has been proven that no two students learn the exact way and therefore in a class with a set manner of teaching all would be expected to learn the same. If a student does not clearly understand the work, learning gaps could result from it.
